Yes, it is indeed important to each crane capacities. Any greater loads than the rated load capacity should not be moved. If so, it collapses. Also, controlling the hoisting brakes is important in terms of their failure to hold, slowing down the loads or reporting the problem promptly. Any crane should not be taken in use with any flaws and without guaranteed repairs made to it.

Becoming more familiar with each component make it easier to understand the controls in emergency situations. It can be a prompt disconnection of a switch or stopping the crane immediately with all functions.
Prepare for an emergency:
The preparations for emergency situations is a must while working with the cranes. The site workers should be aware of the actions at what time and in what situations? It includes the basics of mechanical, electrical or anything that the industry is relating to. The retrieval of the operator from the crane cabin is the prior safety point along with the fire extinguishers.
Shutdown before you leave:
Switching off the crane controls to the “off “ position before the exit. The operators should remove the load hangings from the hook of the cranes. Also, the hoisting of all the hooks should be made at the middle position followed by spotting of the crane at a specific location.
